• Digital still Camera (DSC)
  The DSC is supplied by Samsung, a world recognized photo camera manufacturing brand
  Note: The DSC will be able to operate from rechargeable AA batteries. The Portable Battery Unit for the Printer has been specially designed to allow for the DSC to be powered directly from it without ever having to recharge the AA batteries from mains/Solar power. As New R&D is ongoing, the above could change without notice.

  • Dust Resistant Design
    The proposed digital photo printer has an original dust-resistant design and has unique features and capabilities. It is specially made for field deployment and heavy usage offering a guarantee of a minimum of 50,000 prints without changing the printer head or any other critical part.
    To ensure the highest print quality, the printer has an integrated rear dust shield which effectively prevents dust from entering the printer and ensuring beautiful, dust-free prints.

  • Embedded ID formats
    This printer will come pre-programmed with at least 30 different ID formats including that of the currently used Polaroid Viva. The printer will come preset with the Viva photo ID format and ready for operation.
    With a wide range of embedded ID format selection, the printer offers you a total solution for all your ID photo printing needs. In addition, a free bundled software package, gives you unbeatable flexibility in ID format designs to satisfy the ID photo market demand worldwide when using a PC.

  • Exclusive Direct Printing Technology
    Embedded with special technology offers a connection interface linking the printer and various storage devices including flash memory cards, USB storage drives, digital cameras, or USB compatible storage devices such as USB hard drive devices

  • 2.5 inch TFT LCD Window & Controller
    The TFT LCD window, together with multi-language menus and graphical interface, simplifies the operation without the need for a PC. With this 2.5 inch LCD controller, all operations from capturing images to printing ID.
    Photos become a second nature and do not require any technical specialization for easy operation

  • Color and Grey Scale (Black & White) Printing
    The printer is capable of printing both color (YMCO) and grey scale (KO) photo in 256 levels of color to achieve a total of 16.77 million colors

  • High-Capacity Paper Cassette and Ribbon Cartridge
    The printer offers 100 prints capacity on both paper cassette and ribbon cartridge, providing continuous printing need in commercial use. It substantially reduces the frequency ribbon and paper replacement, and gives easier maintenance and carefree

  • Ribbon Cartridge Recognition
    In order to prevent the use of inappropriate, fraudulent, counterfeit and potentially damaging (ink) ribbon cartridges and media paper on the printer – the manufacturer have developed a unique security feature which comes in the form of a security chip that is located on the ribbon cartridge. When a new media paper pack is opened, the photo paper is put into the photo paper cassette while the ink cartridge is inserted into its separate placeholder in the printer. The printer then reads the security code located on the ribbon cartridge chip and will only authorize printing if the chip is read and recognized successfully as originating from the same supplier

  • Standard Operation and Backup Battery & Charger
    The primary power supply to the printer is via the JMC battery pack. Power supply source can be either Solar energy or AC mains power.

  • The JMC USB Switch Cable (Patent Pending)
    The JMC USB switch-enabled cable links the DSC and printer together allowing the process of ID images to be transferred from the DSC to the printer without having to make use of a memory card. Thus simplifying the process. As soon as the printer starts to process a set of ID images, the operator can switch the link back again to continue the capturing of the next 4 voter ID images.
