The Photo Registration Process
- A single cycle can involve the production of 2 ID photos and a subsequent Voter ID card for up to 4 people
- A single sheet of media paper will print and fit a total of 8 ID photos i.e. 2 ID photos for up to 4 people
- Approximately 100 such cycles can be performed daily during an 8 hour working shift

Admission
Allow up to 4 people in for photo capture. - An operator captures of up to 4 people. Any unsatisfactory photos are immediately deleted and taken again

Start printing job on a single sheet of photo paper containing 2 ID photos for up to 6 people
** NO NEED TO WAIT FOR END OF PRINTING TO RESUME PHOTO CAPTURE** - One of the two ID photos of each person is affixed to the OMR form
- A second operator fills in the MOR forms and affixes the photos in the relevant section of the OMR form
- One of the two ID photos of each person is used to generate a cold laminated Voter ID card on the spot
